The Worthy Woman Podcast: A New Chapter in Healing, Self-Worth & Feminine Success

A New Chapter Begins: Why I’m Rebranding the Podcast and What’s Coming Next

Welcome back to the podcast, now reimagined and reborn. I’m Johanna, and if you’ve been tuning in for a while, you’ve probably noticed a few changes. There’s a new name, The Worthy Woman, a refreshed podcast cover, and a slightly new direction. Whether you’re a longtime listener or brand new here, I’m so glad you’ve joined me.

It’s been a little while since I recorded a new episode, and that time away allowed me to reflect deeply on what I want this podcast to be and how I want to show up in this space. The transformation you’re seeing (and hearing) is all about alignment, bringing the podcast closer to who I am, what I do, and how I want to serve.

Why the Change?

This rebrand isn’t about changing everything, it’s about refining. The essence of the podcast remains rooted in holistic well-being, personal growth, and embodied self-worth. But I’m also expanding. You’ll hear more about topics I’ve been diving into myself lately, including business, feminine leadership, and the intersection of inner healing with external success.

The Worthy Woman represents this evolution. It’s about rising into a version of ourselves that feels authentic, grounded, powerful, and whole. And yes, while the name speaks to women, all are welcome here. If my words resonate with you, your identity doesn’t disqualify you from being part of this space.

Honoring the Journey

My content reflects my personal journey, because healing, growth, and self-discovery are ongoing. I’ve always had clarity about what I want to do and who I want to help, but the how has shifted. And that’s okay. We’re allowed to pivot. We’re allowed to change our approach as we grow, as our values evolve, and as we align more closely with our truth.

That’s why the podcast is becoming a primary focus of my content. I love this medium, it lets me speak more freely and fully than social media sometimes allows. The quick pace and character limits of Instagram can make it difficult to truly convey nuance. Here, I can slow down, go deep, and offer the holistic perspective I believe is needed.

Creating Space for Nuance

If you’ve followed me for any length of time, you know I approach healing and life from a broad, integrated lens. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all solutions or surface level fixes. We are each unique, and our healing paths reflect that. The podcast allows me to explore those nuances, to talk about the layers of what’s going on beneath the surface and how we can better understand ourselves in the process.

The previous episodes are still available for you to explore. But as we move forward, this new chapter will center around balance, alignment, and authenticity, not just in our health and healing, but in how we live, work, and relate to others.

A New Rhythm

My goal is to release new episodes weekly, with room for spontaneous bonus episodes if I feel called to share something timely or meaningful. I want to flow more, structure less. I’ll still have notes to guide me, but I’m letting go of the need for everything to be polished or perfect. This podcast is about real talk and real transformation.

I already have a few episodes planned that I’m excited to share, but ultimately, I’ll follow my intuition and inspiration as we go. Because The Worthy Woman isn’t just a podcast, it’s a living, evolving expression of everything I stand for.

What You Can Expect

The core themes will remain: nervous system regulation, emotional healing, embodiment, self-worth, and holistic health. But I’m also opening up space for conversations around business, success, and what it means to thrive both inside and out.

This doesn’t mean you have to be an entrepreneur to benefit from these episodes. Whether you’re navigating career shifts, personal goals, or internal transformations, the tools and stories I share will still resonate. Success is not limited to professional achievements, it also means thriving in your relationships, finances, health, and sense of purpose.

For the Woman Who Wants More

This podcast is for the woman who wants to feel empowered, impactful, and confident - without sacrificing her softness or authenticity. It’s for the woman who’s tired of dimming her light, tired of the hustle, tired of feeling disconnected from her own body, her own voice, her own worth.

You’ll hear stories from my own life and business—the lessons, the breakdowns, the breakthroughs. And through it all, I’ll help you explore how to create more success and alignment in your life without burning out or losing yourself along the way.

The Integration of Mind, Body, and Business

We’ll explore how your energy, your nervous system, your beliefs, and your emotional blocks influence your outcomes—whether that’s in your health, your money, your business, or your relationships. If you’re navigating a pivot, feeling stuck, or trying to birth a new version of yourself, this podcast is here to support you.

You might be feeling like something’s off. You might be in the middle of a transition or completely revamping your life. You might be chasing a goal that feels just out of reach. If any of that sounds familiar, you’re in the right place.

Reclaiming Self-Support

As a manual osteopath, my work is deeply hands-on. I give a lot of myself to others—holding space, supporting healing, nurturing transformation. And if you’re someone who constantly gives, whether in your work, your family, or your relationships, you’ve probably asked yourself: “But who’s holding me?”

We can have support systems and still feel unmet. That’s why learning how to support yourself is so powerful. You know your needs more intimately than anyone else. And when you meet them with care—whether through breathwork, solitude, creative expression, or rest—it’s deeply nourishing.

Reclaiming the Feminine in Business and Life

One of the key themes this podcast touches on is the profound importance of self-support—creating time and space for ourselves in a world that constantly urges us to do more, go faster, and stay productive. The pressure to stay in a masculine, goal-oriented energy is immense, especially in business. But more and more women are awakening to the cost of that lifestyle: burnout, chronic health issues, emotional exhaustion.

Success built on sacrifice isn’t sustainable. Many women are pivoting toward a softer, more embodied way of being—one that honours both their ambitions and their need for rest, joy, and balance.

The Wake-Up Call: Illness and Burnout as Signals

We often wait until something forces us to slow down—a diagnosis, a breakdown, a health scare. But these aren’t random events. These physical disruptions are deeply tied to what’s happening in our emotional and mental landscapes.

You might know someone who seems to “do everything right”—they eat clean, they exercise daily—but they still struggle with illness or burnout. That’s because true health requires more than just physical care. It calls for an integrated approach that looks at our subconscious beliefs, our stress patterns, our past traumas—big and small—and how they’re stored in the body.

A Holistic Approach to Healing

This podcast isn’t just a space for education—it’s a container for transformation. It’s about holding space for the deeper layers of health and healing, the ones we’ve been taught to avoid or ignore. While looking inward might not be easy, it’s a necessary part of stepping into the next version of ourselves.

Healing isn’t linear. Sometimes it’s simple, but it’s rarely easy. It takes time, patience, and a willingness to move through discomfort. But on the other side of that discomfort is where true transformation lies.

What to Expect from the Podcast

This revival of the podcast comes with renewed energy and clarity. Rather than rigid strategies, the focus will be on aligned, authentic sharing. Topics will include:

  • Nervous system regulation techniques and how they impact every area of life

  • Subconscious beliefs and how to shift them

  • Emotional healing and where it's stored in the body

  • Osteopathic wisdom drawn from my clinical work

  • Running a business from a regulated, embodied, and feminine place

  • Spiritual practices including Reiki and energy work

  • Stories from personal growth and healing journeys

The Reiki Offering

A new offering is distance Reiki sessions, available on Tuesdays via Zoom. These sessions help clients move through energetic and emotional blocks, supporting nervous system regulation and emotional release. If this resonates, you can book a distance session here.

Nervous System: The Root of It All

Since 2020, I’ve been on a personal journey of noticing how profoundly the nervous system influences my physical health, business, and relationships. These insights are grounded in real, lived experience—not just theory.

This isn’t just about healing for the sake of feeling better. It’s about reclaiming your ability to show up fully for your life, your business, your relationships—and eventually, for your family, if that’s part of your path. Business should be built to serve your life, not consume it.

Rebuilding a Business and Life from the Inside Out

Honouring Capacity and Creating Alignment

One of the most important lessons I’ve learned is the value of honouring my own energy and capacity. It’s easy to get caught up in comparison, seeing how others structure their businesses and lives and feeling pressure to mimic their approach.

But the truth is, what works for someone else may not work for us. Just thinking about operating a business the way some people do makes me want to cry. That’s a clear sign something isn’t aligned.

And that's okay. In fact, it’s essential. Our businesses—and our lives—can and should be built around what we actually need.

The Power of Awareness

The first step toward this kind of inner alignment is awareness—acknowledging that something deeper may be at play beneath the surface of our physical symptoms, burnout cycles, and emotional patterns. That’s the space I want to hold for you through this podcast.

If something is resonating—whether it’s your health, your business, or your sense of identity—know that you’re not alone. And know that you’re allowed to take your time with this process.
